We aim to have all quote all jobs within an hour and hopefully sooner if possible, At busy times we may have all hands on deck in the print studio so may be unable to get back to you as quickly as usual.

We’re competitive, but we don’t always have the lowest prices. If you find a lower price elsewhere, let us know and we’ll try to match it. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to do so, but we will try our best!

We don’t usually display prices for clothing as they will vary according to the quantity ordered and the branding you require. All orders are priced on a bespoke basis so please contact us for your individual quote.

Costs of Printing and Embroidering Print and embroidery prices can vary a great deal, depending on the factors like amount of prints and colours within design, but are always made custom. For information about pricing, please get in contact.

No. Unless stated, all website prices will be exclusive of VAT and delivery. All customers must pay VAT on all orders

We accept payment over the phone via Credit Card, Debit Card or AMEX. We also process orders via Square Payment and PayPal. We can accept bank transfers if needed. Your invoice will contain all payment details.

Why do prices vary from my initial quotation or prices on your website?

Prices can change due to a wide range of factors from colour of garment, Number of prints on the garment as well as stocking issues from various suppliers. We do also make mistakes at times and may need to requote on jobs that we have either quoted too high or too low.

We will require payment up front from all customers before garments are ordered and printed. We are dedicated to printing and dispatching orders quickly and on time so please make payment as soon as possible so we are able to meet any deadlines for your order.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team at Print@HoodiesUK.com .

We don’t offer returns on customised items unless we have made a mistake with the branding. For full T&C’s please click here.

DTG & Vinyl Orders – Min. 5 Items – Turnaround time of 2 – 5 working days

Embroidery – Min. 15 items – Turnaround time of 10 – 14 working days

Screen Print – Min. 50 items – Turnaround time of 10 – 14 working days

All of our printing methods are exceptional quality, but there are differences between them.

With our 18 years experience we ask customers to trust us to choose the best method when taking into account the garment, turnaround time and artwork.

Different processes will be better for certain logos, and they all have varying minimum orders and turnaround times. If you are unsure, please contact us and a member of our team will be more than happy to advise you on which method would be best for your needs.

Yes it is possible however we prefer to print onto our own garments and accept no liability for garments that you have supplied. We have a huge range of garments from our suppliers and can usually get any garment at a higher discount due to our bulk orders.

Yes. We will send a visual of your design after you have approved the quote or paid for the order. We will not usually go to print until you have approved your artwork unless it is a fast turnaround order or a very simple job to be printed.

Once approval is given we will start your order so please double check everything carefully before you give the go-ahead. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in the artwork once you have approved and after that point changes cannot usually be made. Please contact a member of our team with any problems and we will do our best to help.

Ideally we would need a vector file (PDF or EPS) but for the purposes of a quote don’t worry too much. Send us what you have and if we need anything extra we will let you know!

We accept JPEG, PNG, EPS, PDF, AI. and SVG formats. Please keep file sizes as small as possible for ease of opening

The best way to care for your new custom items is to follow these steps:

– Delicate/gentle wash with cold water

– Wash inside out

– Only iron inside out (if you absolutely must)

– Do not tumble dry

– Do not dry in direct sunlight

If you have the time, check out our How To Care page which is more in-depth and covers more products!

Please ask a member of our team who can advise on your specific order.

Most of our suppliers have retail outlets and therefore we don’t sell blank garments. If you would like to purchase a sample prior to a bulk order we can arrange this for you however we are unable to accept returns for any blank items purchased.

We aim to update our stock levels at all times, but sometimes inventory may go out of stock before we are able to update them. In this case, we shall contact you right away so that we may try and help you find what you were looking for; or so that we may provide you with an alternative solution if your desired product is unavailable. Should there be any cost associated with providing these solutions, rest assured that you will not incur any additional costs beyond your initial purchase price – whichever is higher or lower.

Yes you can on most garments. We want your custom tee to look as awesome as possible so we’ll choose the best option for the sleeve design depending on the design/artwork and quantity.

A hard question to answer but honestly we are unable to 100% Pantone Colour match, this is due to both the colour of the garment we print onto as well as the heat applied during the process means that we cannot 100% pantone colour match on custom printed garments.

Our printers can print over 16 million colours and although the colours are bright and vibrant, it is not possible to get an exact match to a Pantone colour.

All our products come with a size chart; however, there may be some discrepancies between different brands. If you’re unsure about which size to order, please feel free to contact us for assistance from one of our customer service reps who can point you in the right direction.

Yes. Samples can be sent but are usually chargeable. Sometimes we can send them for free but this is down to the order size and product value and is entirely down to our discretion.

Sorry in a post covid world we decided to keep productivity up and customers out.. It allows us to best utilise our time to print garments. In a world where all artwork would need to be emailed over anyway it seemed like the sensible way to save time.. Although I must say that I do miss the occasional chat with you.

We aim to offer free delivery on all orders where possible however we may charge for small items purchased online or orders with an express delivery through the online designer.

We are happy to ship outside of the UK but additional charges apply as well as customers are liable for the garments and chasing any couriers outside the UK.

Please see our full T&C’s here.

I have a background on my design that I don’t want printed!
